With this project the Multiple Sclerosis Society of WA sought to provide an alternative to aged care accommodation for young people with the autoimmune disease which affects the central nervous system.

We designed a respite and hostel facility for the site for resdidents with both high support needs and transitional living. The hostel building accommodates 11 residents with high support needs and full time care in private suites. The respite centre provides short-term accommodation for individuals and families and two wings  consisting of three and six beds.

Client feedback

Marcus Stafford, MS Society

In our experience, Parry & Whyte Architects has an approach that is both rare and refreshing. Alec Whyte and Jessica Radny have shown exceptional professionalism throughout the project. They are both knowledgeable about the architectural and contractual aspects of the business and have a strong understanding of client needs. I would recommend Alec and his firm to anyone looking for architectural design.
